Saltwater is a stylish contemporary beach house located in Rainbow Shores on Queensland’s beautiful Rainbow Beach. Architecturally designed Saltwater is a pavilion-style beach house featuring separate living and sleeping pavilions.
Nestled in native bushland the clean lines and large windows allow the outdoors to spill in. Enter the four-bedroom two bathroom sleeping pavilion through a glass door designed to harness the Queensland sunshine. The spacious pavilion lets the natural light flow and reflect off the high ceilings and white walls. Large enough to accommodate two families, two of the four bedrooms have two single beds in each and two have queen-size beds.
The sleeping pavilion is linked to the living pavilion by a covered walkway. Between both pavilions sits a plunge pool, sundeck and children’s cubby house.
The open-plan living pavilion boasts a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and stylish lounge. The perfect place to relax - enjoy a movie on the 106cm plasma television or listen to your favourite CD in surround sound. The living pavilion also features a separate powder room, a laundry, outside shower and expansive deck.
Saltwater is fully screened with ceiling fans throughout.
The house is a short two minute walk to the beach. Step off the back deck and follow the sandy track to the white beach and blue waters of Rainbow Beach. A rustic bench at the end of the track provides the ideal spot for a sunset drink.
Saltwater offers the perfect coastal retreat. Relax on the deck, cool off in the pool, walk to the beach or venture to neighbouring Fraser Island or the glamour strip of Noosa. Saltwater offers the perfect retreat no matter what you’re looking for.
